Unemployment is a serious challenge faced by developing countries such as Indonesia. These challenges involve complex factors interacting with each other and can have negative impact on social economic stability. This study focused East Java Province case in point, the aim of analyzing geographical distribution open unemployment (TPT) relationship between regions that context. Using spatial analysis approach, specifically Moran's I autocorrelation method, this seeks to uncover patterns interactions related TPT levels. Quantitative data were used identify region. The results indicate tends be random. Although there are identified based Moran index, z-score show they not significantly different from random patterns. From quadrant, it seen several areas high rates around also rates. Thus, research contributes formulating policies actions aimed at reducing unemployment, improving people's welfare, preventing potential insecurity poverty.
